Billing Terms

IQKeen is sold as a subscription. These terms explain what you are charged, when charges happen and how renewal works. Cancellation is described in our Cancellation Policy and refunds in our Refund Policy.

Every subscription starts with a 3-day intro for $0.99. During the intro you have full access to the service from the first minute. If you cancel before the intro ends, your subscription simply ends at the close of the 3 days and you are not charged again.

After the intro, your subscription continues on the plan you selected: the Weekly plan at $19.99 per week, or the Monthly plan at $39.99 per month. Prices are shown in US dollars and include applicable taxes where we are required to collect them.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. Your payment method is charged at the start of each new billing period — each week on the Weekly plan, each month on the Monthly plan — until you cancel.

Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. Your card or payment details are handled by the processor, and we do not store your full card number on our systems.

If a renewal payment fails, we may retry the charge and, if it continues to fail, suspend access to the service until the payment is completed. You can update your payment method in your account settings.

If we change subscription prices, the new price applies from your next renewal after the change takes effect. We give you reasonable notice of any price change before charging the new amount.

You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your account settings. Your access continues until the end of the paid period, and we do not issue prorated refunds for unused time. See the Cancellation Policy and Refund Policy for the details.
