Subscription Policy

IQKeen offers two plans: the Weekly plan at $19.99 per week and the Monthly plan at $39.99 per month. Both plans start with a 3-day intro for $0.99, with full access from the first minute.

The intro runs for 3 days from the moment your subscription starts. It is charged at $0.99 and gives you full access to the service. If you do not cancel, the intro converts into the paid plan you selected when it ends.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. The Weekly plan renews every week and the Monthly plan every month, on the same calendar day of the period. Your payment method is charged at the start of each period.

You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your account settings, where you can see your current plan, your billing period and your next renewal date.

Both plans include the full cognitive assessment, your Brain Index and domain breakdown, and daily training sessions. Plan-specific extras, such as the contents of the Weekly and Monthly plans, are listed on the pricing page and may change as the service evolves.

Cancelling stops future renewals; your access runs until the end of the paid period. We do not issue prorated refunds for unused time. See the Cancellation Policy and Refund Policy for details.
