Refund Policy

Because subscriptions give full access from the moment they start and can be cancelled at any time in your account settings, we do not issue prorated refunds for unused time in a billing period.

The 3-day intro at $0.99 is designed to let you try the full service at a minimal price. If you cancel before the intro ends, you will not be charged again beyond that $0.99.

We review refund requests on their merits. A refund may be due where you were charged in error, charged more than once for the same period, or charged after you had already cancelled before the renewal date.

Send your refund request by email to support@iqkeen.com, ideally from the email address on your account, with a short description of the charge in question. Requests are answered within 3 to 5 business days.

Please contact us before opening a chargeback with your bank. Chargebacks filed without contacting us first may result in the account being suspended while the dispute is resolved.

Requesting a refund does not cancel your subscription. If you also want to cancel, do that in your account settings; access continues until the end of the paid period.
