Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your subscription at any time in your account settings. No email or phone call is required.

If you cancel during the 3-day intro, your subscription ends when the intro period closes and you will not be charged again beyond the $0.99 intro price.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid period. Because subscriptions renew automatically, cancelling stops the next renewal charge — it does not end your access immediately.

Your access continues until the end of the paid period you have already been charged for. You keep full use of the assessment, training sessions and progress history until that date.

We do not issue prorated refunds for the remaining days of a billing period. Cancelling part of the way through a period does not reduce or refund the charge for that period.

After your paid period ends, your subscription stops. You can delete your account and its data at any time; see the Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.
