Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of IQKeen. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use IQKeen.

IQKeen provides a 15-minute cognitive assessment, a Brain Index score with a breakdown across four domains (memory, attention, logic and speed), and daily 10-minute training sessions. Features may change or improve over time, and we may add, modify or remove parts of the service.

You must be at least 18 years old to use IQKeen. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for the activity that happens under your account.

IQKeen is an educational and training product. The Brain Index and domain scores are self-referential training metrics, not clinical or diagnostic measurements. The service does not provide medical advice and is not a substitute for consultation with a qualified professional.

IQKeen is offered on a subscription basis: a 3-day intro for $0.99, then $19.99 per week or $39.99 per month. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. The details are set out in our Billing Terms, Cancellation Policy, Subscription Policy and Refund Policy.

You agree not to misuse the service, including by attempting to access other users' data, interfering with the operation of IQKeen, reselling access, or using automated tools to extract content or data from the service.

The IQKeen name, exercises, content, design and software are owned by EL WELLNESS SOLUTIONS LLC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property law. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for your personal, non-commercial use.

The service is provided "as is". While we work to keep IQKeen available and accurate, we do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that scores will improve as a result of training.

To the extent permitted by law, EL WELLNESS SOLUTIONS LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid to us in the 12 months before the claim.

You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, where reasonably necessary.

We may update these terms from time to time. We revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page when we do. Continued use of the service after an update means you accept the revised terms.
